  I made a return at this location a few weeks ago. The two women working in customer service were unable to assist me with placing the order due to the store not carrying the item I needed. I was made to wait for an extended period before someone came to help me; then asked to go the the registry section where the order was placed in the wrong color; then asked to return to customer service to complete the order. So upon returning there I was made to wait until the Supervisor Lisa assisted me. She did not apologize or show a good attitude at the time. I was extremely disappointed when I was denied express delivery for my inconvenience.

  I have thus far always had a positive experience when shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond. They have items in stock if they are being advertised as being on sale, and the sales reps. Go above and beyond to assist you. I would, have, and will continue to recommended BB&B to others and love the selection of merchandise. AND in Case you are wondering I DO NOT and I HAVE NEVER worked for BB&B, and I have not been paid to say this. I just really love this store.
