  I went there with my mother to get my second holes in my ears, I was very enthusiastic and they told me the earrings that I specifically wanted were not available for the piercing. The truth: The earrings I wanted were 17.99 and my allowance is 20.00. I asked them why not, and she claimed that it doesn't fit in the gun, when it does. I asked for another pair of earrings that I liked (9.99) and she pointed me to the first place again. I immediately left and got my piercing done at ICING (Claire's for adults) and got a better deal. Icing also tells you the correct sanitation technique. They also give a bigger bottle of cleaning solution, and explain how to use it. The earrings were also prettier.

  When There to purchase two pair of earing for mother's day. Long story short, the earing where supposed to be 10k gold, they ended up turning black after my mother put it on. My mother ended up with an allergic reaction, this was the first thing I told the lady " The price doesn't really matter, however it has to be real gold otherwise my mother would not be able to wear them". She said yeah, yeah, they're 10k gold. I when back to the store and showed them the earing that were supposed to be 10k gold and the Manager there said " I am sorry there Is nothing I can do for you and left to the other pagoda located at the second floor". I'll never purchased anything else from this place. Be really careful where you go to purchase gifts for your loved ones. I made the mistake of coming to this place.
