It will be ready Sunday. I call on Sunday. On hold for 40 minutes. No bike. I call on Monday. On hold 25 minutes. Can't find. Call again and on hold for another 20 minutes. Ask for a manager. On hold again. Manager says he'll call back. Lo and behold. The bike is there. Horrible system. No common sense by employees. Ridiculous waste of my time.
